What if my reservation cannot go ahead, can I cancel?

There is always something that can happen that your reservation cannot go through.
You can cancel your reservation.
If you cancel 8 days before the reservation, you will receive a refund - administration costs €2.50.
If you cancel up to 2 days/48 hours before the reservation, you will receive half the amount back.
If you cancel on the last day before the reservation (within 24h), on the day of rental, or if you 'forget' your reservation and/or do not come - you will not be credited. After all, the bicycles have been kept separately for you.
